Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be fully charged or deducted from any treatment package.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Health Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your health, medical history, and symptoms. This ensures we can treat you safely and effectively at AJ Chiropractic.
Consent to Treatment
By attending your appointment, you consent to assessment and treatment. Your chiropractor will always explain the treatment beforehand, and you are free to ask questions or stop treatment at any time.
Results & Outcomes
While we aim to achieve the best possible results, outcomes can vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results but will always recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or need to be rescheduled. In these cases, the full appointment fee may still apply.
Under 18s
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will provide consent for treatment.
Privacy
All personal and medical information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Insurance
If you are claiming through private health insurance, please check your cover in advance. You remain responsible for full payment of your appointments, regardless of your insurance claim outcome.
Communication
By providing your contact details, you agree to be contacted regarding appointments, reminders, and relevant clinic updates.
